The price we quote you below is our total fee inclusive of all charges. It is the total fee you will pay unless you ask us to carry out additional work or provide additional services on your behalf. When you sign up with Ozpropertylaw.com™, you know the total price you have to pay for the legal services involved in your property sale or purchase. Our promise is that you will not receive any nasty surprises at the end of the transaction.
Our fixed fee for this transaction is $1,285 which includes our fee, the GST and the following searches and disbursements:
1. Certificate from A.C.T Revenue Office which shows the general rates for the property
2. Certificate from ActewAGL which shows the water rates for the property
We require $350.00 of the fixed fee to be paid when you register for our services with the balance payable on or before settlement.
