The price we quote you below is our total fee inclusive of all charges. It is the total fee you will pay unless you ask us to carry out additional work or provide additional services on your behalf. When you sign up with Ozpropertylaw.com™, you know the total price you have to pay for the legal services involved in your property sale or purchase. Our promise is that you will not receive any nasty surprises at the end of the transaction.
Our fixed fee for this transaction is $1,295 which includes our fee, the GST and the following searches and disbursements:
1. Title Search
2. Section 603 Certificate which shows the council rates for the property
3. Section 66 Certificate which shows the water rates for the property
4. Section 47 Certificate which shows if any land tax is payable for the property
5. Agent’s fee for attending settlement
We require $350.00 of the fixed fee to be paid when you register for our services with the balance payable on or before settlement.
