What price are you really being quoted?
Many advertisements state a fee that does not represent the total price you will pay for the legal services involved in the conveyancing of your property. If you look at these advertisements carefully, you will see that they advertise only their fee inclusive or not inclusive of the GST. In fine print you will often see the words “plus disbursements” or “disbursements extra”. These amounts will be added to your final bill and you have no way of knowing how much you will pay. That is why they are not offering you a total price and it is not comparable to our fixed price.
Our fixed price
The price we quote you is our total fee inclusive of all charges. It is the total fee you will pay unless you ask us to carry out additional work or provide additional services on your behalf. These services are set out for you at the time of registration.
