Once we have processed your registration, you have instant access to your web page. There you can access detailed information about selling in your state/territory (ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, SA, NT and WA), our analysis of the Contract for Sale in your state/territory and our advice about property and GST. We chase up the agent to get a copy of your particular Contract or we order searches to prepare your Contract depending upon your state/territory.
All documents created during the conveyancing process are placed on your private web page. After we receive the required documents from various authorities, our conveyancing lawyers and their assistants prepare your Contract for Sale and upload it to your web page. We also send it to your agent. Then once a buyer is found, we prepare for exchange of Contracts or for Contracts being declared unconditional and then proceed to prepare for settlement.
